• Check-In: 12:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Restrictions

• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
• Pets are allowed at property premises .
• Smoking within the room is not allowed. May smoke in the parking area next to pool. Strictly no smoking in common areas, & pool surroundings.
• We do not rent single room. Either book Ground Floor three Pvt Rooms with kitchen or First floor five deluxe rooms like an apartment. This is a Family managed property, we do not host men only group.Please contact property befor arrival to avoid , denial of check in due to violations. Advance booking and advance payment required, no walk in guest, surprise arrival etc. No bachelor parties.No drugs.May consume alcohol in private. Quite hours from 10 PM to 7 AM,no sound music ,speaker, microphones allowed. Check in starts from 2 PM onwards, check out strictly 11: 00 AM, no excuses
• Men only group Not allowed to check in. Un related bachelors coming along with family not allowed.
• Drivers rest room available only for night sleep .
• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check in date or no show
• Free cancellation if cancelled between booking date and 3 days before check-in date

• Unmarried couples/guests with Local IDs are allowed.
• Any damage to the property or props will be recovered from guest.
• Any type of misbehavior at property will cause penalty or legal action on guest.
• Loud music systems are allowed until 10 Pm

Guest Profile

• Double Occupancy rooms with King size bed, Extra person will be chargeable
• Primary guest should be atleast 18 years of age.
• Couples below 18 years of age are not allowed
• Cancellation 5 days prior to your check in date.

Food Arrangement

• Veg , Non veg , chinese, southin indian and northindian food available
• We kindly request all guests to separate food waste and plastic waste, as it helps us manage waste more efficiently and keep the surroundings clean.

• Smoking within the premises is not allowed

Pet(s) Related

• Pets are allowed.

Property Accessibility

• Car parking available
• This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• An extra mattress will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge mentioned below. (Subject to availability)
